Project Description
GK Managed Properties is a website for listing and booking short term rentals. They maintain everything about the rental property from guest relations to cleaning and maintenance. GK Managed Properties makes it possible for homeowners to generate income from their vacant properties without having to deal with the hassle or legwork of renting. They also make it possible for renters to book a stay at any one of their properties listed.
Project Details
This was a custom build using Code Ignitor and a modified html template for rapid development. We built a custom database to store site information and helped with all the content and copywriting. We created a reservation system for bookings and a payment gateway for reservations.
