4. Payments via Stripe and Card-on-File Billing
We use Stripe, Inc. as our PCI-DSS–compliant payment processor. When you submit a payment method:
- Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections.
- Stripe tokenizes and stores your payment method to enable recurring subscription renewals and invoice payments (card on file).
- We receive a non-sensitive token from Stripe and may initiate future charges for renewals, usage, add-ons, or invoices according to your agreement and plan settings.
- We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
- Stripe’s processing of your data is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
You can update or remove your stored payment method from your account portal or by contacting us. Removal may affect service continuity if an alternate valid method is not provided before renewal.
