Host Much (“Host Much,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website hosting, marketing, SEO, and related digital services. By creating an account, you (“User,” “Client,” or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all Host Much websites, platforms, and services, including customer portals, managed hosting accounts, marketing plans, subscriptions, and any connected systems or APIs.

3. Account Registration and Accuracy

To access our services, you must create a Host Much account with complete, current, and verifiable information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate identity, contact, and payment details at all times.
  • Maintain valid and up-to-date billing and verification information.
  • Use your account only for lawful business or personal purposes.

Accounts with incomplete, false, or unverifiable information may be suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Verification and Documentation

For security, compliance, and fraud prevention, Host Much may require verification before activating or maintaining your account. This process can include, but is not limited to:

  • Email and phone verification
  • Payment method validation through Stripe
  • IP and device review
  • Manual documentation requests (such as photo ID or business registration) for higher-risk accounts

Accounts using prepaid, virtual, or anonymous payment instruments may be subject to additional verification or a temporary hold before provisioning.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing services, you authorize recurring billing per your selected plan.

Host Much requires a valid payment method on file at all times. Failure to maintain an active method or successful charge authorization will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension, including hosted site access
  • Possible termination of service after a reasonable grace period

Host Much reserves the right to deny or cancel service for any unpaid or disputed balance.

6. Account Lifecycle and Suspension

Your account remains active only while verified and paid in full. Host Much may suspend or delete accounts for:

  • Failed or expired payment methods
  • False, incomplete, or unverifiable contact information
  • Abuse of hosting resources, spam, or malicious use
  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

Suspension can occur automatically through our billing system or manually after review. Reactivation requires successful verification and payment resolution.

7. Data and Logs

You acknowledge and agree that Host Much may log account activity, verification events, payment results, and access data for operational, legal, and compliance purposes. Logs are retained as part of our standard audit process.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any Host Much service to:

  • Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Host or distribute illegal, abusive, or copyrighted material without authorization
  • Violate the rights of others or applicable laws

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Account or Service Termination

You may terminate your account or services at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. No proration or partial refunds will be given for paid services unless specifically advertised like our 30 day money back guarantee on our web manager and care experts. Host Much may also terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. It is your responsibility to back up your content before closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

Host Much provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
